1. Introduction
Welcome to Mindclarvo, the premier site for ai productivity courses and workshops. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms of service.
2. Use of Services
Mindclarvo provides ai productivity courses and workshops designed to enhance professional workflows. Access to live and recorded sessions is granted upon registration. All content is for personal development only and not to be shared or retransmitted without authorization.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads, such as e-books, templates, and video recordings, are provided for one-time use. License grants are nonexclusive and nontransferable.
4. Physical Goods
Physical items, including printed guides and materials, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by location.
5. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. Full payment is due prior to access or shipment. If a transaction is declined, access or shipment will be withheld until payment is completed.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Services
All workshop and course fees are eligible for a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund due to preparation costs. To cancel, please submit a request via our support form. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Alternatively, you may reschedule your workshop or course once at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days before the start date.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital downloads, recordings, and online assets are supplied instantly upon purchase and are not eligible for a refund once access is granted, given the nature of digital delivery. If a file is defective, please contact us within 7 days via the support form to request a replacement.
6.3 Physical Goods
Items such as books or printed materials may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in undamaged condition. To receive a refund, please package the item securely and ship at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 15 business days using the methods outlined in section 5. Please contact our team via the support form for a shipping authorization number.
7. Rescheduling Services
If you need to change your booking date, please notify us at least 7 days in advance via the support form. Rescheduling is free of charge if slots are available; otherwise additional fees may apply.
